HYL-Mould Limited was founded at the beginning of 1993 as a private-owned enterprise with a 50 men-workshop in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China. Now HYL-Mould Ltd is basing itself with its new factory of 200 workers in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
Exported-oriented mould maker
Its annually capability is 800~1000 standard sets of injection moulds. Moulds are mainly exported to Germany America, Canada, UK, France , Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland and other countries around the world. HYL moulds are widely serving industries like automobile, toys, medical, household appliances, OA, science and technology. With 15 year-long experience of mould making, HYL-Mould Ltd together with its customers is part of the business circle for BMW, Audi, TOYOTA, Greatway , SANYO, SAMSUNG, QSMC, Harman.
Resources
HYL-Mould arms itself with high speed CNCs, milling machines, EDMs, wire-cutting, grinding machines, and injection machines. Project team masterminds every project at the very beginning, circled by a strong designing team, mould-making team, and sales team. QC department secures quality check of every step. Tooling workers are educated or trained from moulding training schools. English-speaking sales persons and engineers as a powerful team are ready especially for communication with customers.
